We do not accept any online order returns or order cancellations.
Some items, like the holiday items, will need to be pulled from storage. If you order one of these items your pickup time/day may need to be delayed to give time for us to pull it as they are stored off-site.
All orders within the U.S. will have a flat shipping fee of $9.99 added to their order.
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Most items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If the package is too large it will ship UPS Ground. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
