Glitch with system. Will act like order didn’t go through but it did. Call or message if you’re unsure. You get 2 days from when you order to choose for pickup. If you put in the notes it will be picked up past 2 days your order will be canceled.

Return Policy

You have 7 days to exchange the product or receive store credit*. The item must be in new unused condition with the tags still attached/in its original packaging. 

For food products:
   • You must have the receipt no exceptions.
   • It must be in its original packaging.
   • It has to be no less than 90% full.
   • Certain brands & types of food are excluded from returns. 

*Strollers, stairs/ramps, special orders, beds, car seats, cat towers, recovery items, holiday items, sale items, & gift cards are final sale — no return or exchange.
*Under certain situations we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange.

For online orders, you must come in the boutique to exchange or receive store credit. Returns by mail will not be accepted. 

Special Orders

Special orders are final sale. Orders for food on the weekly truck must be picked up by the end of business on Wednesday. If the order contains frozen items, it is best to pick them up by Tuesday.


Pickup Orders

You have two business days from the time you order to pick your order up. If you continually come past the pickup window we will no longer fill your orders. Any order that comes in after that will be canceled.

Shipping Policy - US

All orders within the U.S. will have a flat shipping fee of $9.99 added to their order. 

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Most items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If the package is too large it will ship UPS Ground. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
