We sell things for cats and dogs!

Yes, we have cakes, cookies, pupcakes, bandanas, bow ties, and clothing for birthdays! It's all in stock and there is no need to order in advance.

Yes, we ship anywhere within the US with a flat rate fee of $9.99 and to Canada with a flat rate fee of $30.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards bought in the boutique are valid in the boutique only & expire 6 months after they’re bought.

Return Policy

Online orders may only be returned in person and abide by the same policy listed below. We will not accept mail returns. If you make back a return you will not receive a refund and we will not pay to send it back to you.

You have 7 days to exchange the product or receive store credit*. You must have the receipt no exceptions. The item must be in new unused condition with the tags still attached/in its original packaging.

You must come in the boutique to exchange or receive store credit. Returns/exchanges by mail will not be accepted and we will not pay to ship it back to you again.

For food products:

  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It has to be no less than 90% full.
  • Certain brands & types of food are excluded from returns

See the list at the counter for brands that can be returned.

Online purchases

All sales are final. We will not cancel orders once they’re placed for any reason. Orders returned by mail will not be accepted & you won’t receive a refund.

Special Orders

Special orders, strollers, stairs/ramps, blankets, beds, car seats, recovery items, carriers, baked goods, holiday items, football items, sale items, & gift cards are final sale — no return or exchange.
**Under certain situations we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange.

Pickup Orders

You have two business days from the time you order to pick your order up. If you continually come past the pickup window we will no longer fill your orders. Any order that comes in after that will be canceled.

Shipping Policy - US

All orders within the U.S. will have a flat shipping fee of $9.99 added to their order. 

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. Most items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If the package is too large it will ship UPS Ground. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

Precious Paws Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or fees incurred when shipping outside of the US.

No, online is a separate system and we can't physically add points to people's account.

We can add your purchases to your frequent buyer cards, but you may not participate in any of the current deals as they are in the boutique only.

No, we don't do local deliveries.

We drop packages off at the post office within 2 business days. They are closed on the weekend. Once we drop it off it's out of our control. Even though you live close packages usually get sent to Columbia, SC to their sorting/distribution hub and then go out from there.
